EOFed lounge: presentation EOFed catalogue ELISE

EOFed resumes the online lounges. On Saturday 21st January 2023 we will present the EOFed catalogue. This catalogue will enable you to search for music in several catalogues of EOFed members.

An EOFed project of the last years was to make music sheets easier to find and thus to stimulate international lending. Frank Peelen, former treasurer of FASO (Netherlands) developed a plan toward this goal. Co van Winsum, FASO webmaster, built a prototype of the system that will enable you to search for titles and composers in other EOFed catalogues.

We are busy integrating several catalogues from federations now. The catalogues of individual members (orchestras) of EOFed can be uploaded too. Please tell us if you are interested in doing so.

On the 21st of January you will learn how to find interesting compositions from other EOFed members using this EOFed catalogue. Frank Peelen and Co van Winsum will demonstrate it during the online lounge.
